Dance lifts are difficult to categorize. There is not a tradition of naming dance lifts like there is with washing machines. I describe them rather than give them names, like "the hand stand fall over to hand stand on knee". Did we mention that we love dance lifts?! With dance lifts the base lifts the whole weight of the flyer but the moves are generally easier than standing.
